Oily Hair

I am having too much oily hair the next day after every wash. Also having hair fall. My hairs were never being that much oily. What could be the reason?? Should I consult with a dermatologist?

Dear Patient,

Try changing your shampoo to one for oily hair, sometimes in certain weathers hair can become oilier. How much water do you take daily? Is it around 12 glasses? Are you stepping out in the sun often? What kind of foods do you eat- are they fresh and natural or oily and junk foods? Regulate your health through more physical activity, water and fruits and vegetables. Theres no harm in seeing a dermatologist to rule out any root causes for this change. Good luck.
