If you have an oily face use any good facewash for males once a day. Use a vitamin E cream at night or early morning to moisturize skin.
Avoid barbers on the street. And make sure your barber uses clean blade and clean brush and cloth on your face (try carrying your own).
Apply fucicort ointment only to this area, two-three times a day. Write back to us in a few days if this grows, if you get fever etc.
