Pimple on face

From 2 months I have pimple they never come in my life but now I days they appear my face.and they disappear from one place and get back on another. It happened 7-8 times. Please tell what to do.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear this. They can appear anytime due to excessive stress, excessive intake of oily foods/oiliness in body or decreased water intake. I would recommend addressing these issues and fixing them. You should walk daily for 15mins. To these pimples apply isotrexin gel once at night daily to help heal them. Avoid touching them excessively. Use acneaid soap bar to wash your face. Avoid sharing this and your towel with others.
