Pimples and Blisters

My niece doesn't eat less than the requirement. A few days ago pimples/white bumps started appearing all around her lips. We took medication and it is recovering now but some bruise type marks started to appear on her face and then on her legs and hips. We took her to doctor then he took her blood test. What else could be causing them?

Can you kindly attach photos of the affected regions so we can help answer your queries better? Plz, attach photos of white bumps n bruises both. Can you plz name the medications taken n blood tests being performed?
Sometimes bruises appear due to low platelets in the body, or as a reaction to some medications. These will stop once the medicine is discontinued. Some infections can also cause these bruising symptoms. Kindly attach photos of any reports you may have. Thank you
