Pimples on Back

My son is 17 years old. He is having these pimples on his back for one month now we consulted the skin specialist but no relief. Please tell us what are these? He had them last year in June as well is it because of Summer? What should we do?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. These seem like acne which are common for boys this age in this location.
Avoid junk, oily foods. Increase water intake, increase cucumber and watermelon intake. Use acneaid soap and don't share it with anyone. Wear pure cotton fabrics and light ones. Apply any ointment with salicylic acid and ride it out.
