Pimples On My Face

Iam suffering from Pimples and heatballs on my face. This is all of a sudden from past 3 months. Everyday 1-3 healtballs/pimple will pop up and also those are also leaving black marks on my face which make my face look ugly. I am on birthcontrol pills and many said the pimples are because of hormonal changes. Can anyone help to get rid of these immeditaely.

Please attach a photo of these pimples. Do they leak any pus or fluid or are like acne?
Please inc your water intake to 12-14 glasses and decreases intake of oily/fried foods. IF these are acne you could use any good Hypoallergenic facewash from a good store near you and soap AcneAid. Do not share soap and face towel with others- avoid excessive touching or scratching face. If this doesn't help plz meet with our specialists.
