Puffy Eyes

I have applied a bit of well-known creams but it didn't give me good results. It may appear due to a lot of stress and eye fatigue as I have continuous work of computer all day. How can they be disappear permanently? I am looking for medication or treatment of puffy eyes (eye bags).
