Rash at Arm

12 year old girl having this type of rash at arm started four days ago and gradually increasing in size. Itching with burning pain The rash is not present on any other body part or any family member. The girl belongs to a poor family working in a brick factory (Bhata).

Kindly give syrup Jardin D 2 teaspoons full at bedtime for 5-7 days. Apply advantan cream. She should avoid exposing this area to sun, heat, steam and excessive water. After washing hands thoroughly keep it dry. Kindly ask them to visit a skin specialist as the area involved is large.
