Rashes on Inner Thigh

I'm having rashes on my inner upper thigh area for two weeks and the color of that area has changed to blackish brown. It's very painful, the skin is tearing aswell. What to do? Please help.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Maintain good hygiene, bathe daily with a good antibacterial soap. Wear loose light cotton clothes and give some air time to this area, after bath apply prickly heat powder to this area at times. Use dactarin ointment on this area and take tablet telfast 120mg at night daily for 5days. If things don't improve see a dermatologist.
