Kindly give him tablet telfast 120mg once at night for 7dys. Apply fucidin ointment on these pimples. Avoid wearing silky or mixed fabric. Wear only pure cotton shirts till condition improves. And use mild soap like dove. Keep skin clean, dry and free of sweat and moisture.
