Red blisters on hands

Does your child have any fever? Has she appeared any symptoms of flu/cold or stomach upset like diarrhea or vomit before this?
How long have these blisters been there for? Have they changed in size, color or shape? Are they oozing any fluid? Please answer

Apply calamine lotion to the limbs of the child, also give her syrup Zyrtec 1tsp daily it seems like a viral condition which will settle down itself in 1-2weeks, bathe her daily with water in which neem leaves have been boiled. Keep her away from other kids, change her bedsheets daily. If it worsens, please see a specialist.
