Red Marks on Face

Boy age 25 months, no previous medical issue, having a teething issue due to taking feeder while sleeping at night already checked by a dentist, the main issue is he's having red marks on his face with swelling which comes and goes in a day or two and happens again..need guidance plz.

Dear Patient,

Have you checked his room for bed bugs or mosquitoes? These seem like mosquito bites. You can spray the room in the evening and keep the fan open for 2hours so that fumes disappear.
Once the rash appears apply cold cream to it for relief.
