Red Spots

My son is 2.5 years old, having red spots (slightly yellow from the center) on arms and legs for 3 days. Kindly tell me what type of spots are these?

Dear Patient,

Kindly ice this a few times. It seems like a big bite. Give syrup Zyrtec 1 TSP at bedtime for 3-5 days and apply Fucidin H cream to this twice a day. If it doesn't improve consult a specialist.
