Red Spots

My daughter is 2.5 years old. From last 2 days, she has these red spots on cheeks, chin, etc. These are heat rash. Please help what I should I use?

Dear Patient,

I'm so sorry to hear that. These seem like a viral reaction. Give your daughter syrup rigix 1.5 tsp twice a day. Along with 1.5 TSP Calpol 3-4 times a day. Give your child easily digestible foods like soups, jelly, khichri, bread, and milk. Give half sachet ORS daily and lots of water. Apply calamine lotion daily. Wash her face and affected parts with Dettol soap. If things don't improve in a few days then please see a child specialist.
