Red spots on head

I have these red spots on my head skin it pains slightly when. I touch head scalp surface I eat meat alot and I'm in KHI so weather is humid here I shave my head just to know whats going on

Can you kindly attach a photo so we can see? Yes, you can cut your hair short if the weather is hot. Shaving it off would risk scratching these pimples with blade and infecting them. Wash your scalp with head and shoulders once a week and any other good shampoo twice a week. Avoid red meat and eat fresh fruits, veggies and increase your water intake to 16glasses/day minimum. Apply Fucidin ointment to these spots and avoid touching any other area. Kindly attach a photo and send us asap or if symptoms don't improve then kindly see a dermatologist.
