Ring Worm

54 year old man hx of this itchy ringworms on groin area around genital and both thigh from last 3 months.No hx of HTN or DM . What's the treatment for these ringworms?

Dear Patient,

Bathe daily use Biozol Soap, change clothes and bedding daily, do not share toiletries with others. Wash hands thoroughly. Wear lose fitting soft natural pure cotton fabrics. Change wet undergarments immediately. Keep area clean and dry.
Apply Dactacort Cream 10gm thrice a day. If this doesnt resolve in a week or spreads then kindly see a dermatologist.
