Rough Hair

Aoa. my daughter is 5.5 yrs old. Her hairs are very rough... she is very moody in eating food. dont like Roti just want to eat rice even in breakfast too. Please suggest some shampoo or oil for her hairs as she isn't look neat even after taking bath

Try finding nutritious replacements for the food she likes. Involve fruits, vegetables, carbs proteins and fats in her diet. Give her lots of water to drink.-0

Apply onion oil to hair- 2 to 3times/week (recipe available on youtube) and use a mild shampoo like dove for kids on her hair.
Consult with a dermatologist if you dont see a change in 6-8 weeks.
