Scalp Acne

Hello! I am 22 years old and its been almost 4 to 6 months I started having scalp-acne. Generally my hair are excessively oily, however, in winters they were really rough and dry. I have never had this acne problem before, not just acne my hair are turning white too. Can any skin specialist recommend me a treatment or a product? Thank you.
