- eat halal fish oil capsule once/day
- use head and shoulders/Selsun blue or Neutrogena T shampoo- use any 1 regularly each day for few wks; once symptoms improve use up to 1-3times/wk- use on mustache/beard also
- apply olive oil and comb thoroughly
-avoid products with alcohol in it & styling creams
- use cotton clothes
-wash eyelids with baby shampoo if affected
