Severe Dandruff

I am having severe dandruff in my hair specially at the sides above temporal area and midline. My scalp is itchy, burning all the time and i can see flakes of dandruff on scalp. Dandruff also falling in my ears and shoulders. Alongside i have hairfall too my hair are now so thin and rough. I have use photonic max but it made my hair more dry so stopped using it after 2 weeks. Kindly doctor suggest me some good shampoo (moisturizing) or medicine for both to treat dandruff and hairfall

Dear Patient,

Use selsun blue m/head and shoulders shampoo once (or twice) a week along with any good commercial shampoo for normal hair every alternate day. Dont shampoo daily. Comb your hair well and have lots of water. Apply onion oil (recipe on youtube) as often as needed. It does wonders for hair growth. Avoud adding too many ingredients to it and test on small area of skin 24 hours before to make sure it suits you.
