Kindly give her tablet telfast 120mg at night for 3-5dy, and do a CBC and ESR blood test and meet a dermatologist as soon as test reports come (they should come within 24hrs). Kindly avoid itching or applying anything on it. Use boiled neem water to take a bath (neem leaves are easily available on neem trees)
