Skin Discoloration

Asked for Male, 39 years

I need to have advice on a serious issue of my husband's skin. From last one year or so color of his some body parts are getting blackish i.e. neck, face, hands, and dark circles are getting darker and wider. Pics will be posted after post-approval. Kindly advice what are the reasons and authentic cure for this issue permanently. His rest body color is fair as it was before.
