Skin Problem

I wanna ask you about skin prblm. My sister being sufered from an issue regardng skin. It seems to be eczema may b not. She have shown to a skin specialist. He treat it for eczema with steroid medicine. But it was temporary cure. Will you please suggest me some cure for it?
