Sweating Problem

It is stated that I basically belong to Quetta but its been three years since I have moved to Islamabad. In summer I face a lot of sweating problem which is not normal. It happens while eating and walking etc. It discomforts me a lot as I can't do anything due to it. Please do help me out of this I shall be in debt.

Dear Patient,

Quetta is a cool city, to adapt to a warmer city you must make some changes. Eat less spices and take less caffeine. Have more water-rich foods like cucumber and melons, the water, of course, should be taken more in quantity. Sweating is our body's way of removing toxins from the body, If they remove through urine then there would be less sweating. Wear light pure fabrics. I'm attaching an article with tips too. If these don't help then there's medication/Botox treatment as well.
