Thraot hurting

Two weeks back I had a runny nose and kinda fever and bad throat so took augmentin 625 one tab each day for 3 days but now today again my throat hurting a lot unable to swallow even saliva and noticed thick mucus so tell me what to do?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Please don't take augmentin like panadol. One tablet a day of 625mg is no dose. And that too for three days.

What you're looking for and what your body needs is an anti allergy. Please take tablet telfast 120mg at night for a week. Take 2 tablets of panadol together every 8hours. Gargle with warm water, take warm beverages, avoid cold , sour and fried foods.
