Tinea Capitis

My daughter (2.5 years old) is suffering from tinea capitis and has also developed lumps behind ears so the doctor suggested me Tab Lamisil 125mg (half tablet) for 4-6 weeks, now the issue is she is not ready to eat it either after suspension ,can I apply her Lamisil cream instead of tablet,will it be as effective as tablet? Can any dermatologist answer this query?

Continue treatment as is. Give your child 5ml of syrup lederplex daily for 4-6wks to increase her appetite before breakfast.
