Tinea corporis

26 years male patient having tinea corporis from last 8 years but its worst from last 8 months using broad-spectrum antifungal cream candid B on and off. Should I start cap? Fluconazole 150mg kindly tell the dose and for how long it should be used. or any other suggestion.
