Whiteheads or Acne

After a road accident, my guess is due to 'Desi' medicines this has happened. These appeared almost three & half weeks ago and I am not on any medication since then but this acne (I am not sure what are these, as they look like whiteheads) problem is not going away.

Dear Patient,

These do seem like acne. Apply ecdermin gel at night to these and use AcneAid bar to wash your face regularly. Have 14 glasses of water daily and avoid oily/junk foods. Don't touch the face often and use a clean towel to wipe your face.
