Prof. Dr. Raja Irfan Qadir

Prof. Raja Irfan Qadir (FCPS Orth) is a highly qualified Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon. After graduation from Khyber Medical College he underwent basic surgical training at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar. Thereafter he went to UK for higher training in Orthopaedics under ODTSC of Royal College of Surgeons, England. He later attained AO fellowship in Trauma & Reconstructive Surgery from Ependorf University, in Hamburg Germany and Fellowship in Spinal Surgery from University of Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in Trauma & Orthopaedics while working in England, and then serving at Hayatabad Medical Complex and Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar. He is presently working at North West General Hospital, and Research Center, and is a Professor of Orthopaedics at North West School of Medicine, Peshawar. He is also Supervisor of postgraduate training and Examiner In Orthopaedic Surgery of College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan. He is also qualified in Advanced Trauma Life Support Course conducted by American College of Surgeons. In addition to his interest and expertise in complex orthopaedic trauma, Prof. Raja Irfan Qadir is proficient in Reconstruction, Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, soft tissue disorders, Spine and Paediatric Orthopaedics.
