Dr. Bahauddin Khan is a graduate of Khyber Medical College, Peshawar. Dr. Khan earned his FCPS in Thoracic Surgery from Lady Reading Hospital in 2015. Following this, Dr. Khan further honed his skills in adult cardiac surgery at Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre, achieving qualification from the European Board of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Specializing in surgical diseases of the chest, encompassing esophageal, lung, and chest wall procedures, Dr. Khan demonstrates a preference for minimally invasive techniques, particularly video-assisted procedures. His proficiency extends to adult cardiac surgeries such as CABG, MVR, AVR, with a notable focus on beating heart surgery. Additionally, he adeptly handles vascular surgeries, including trauma vascular repairs, embolectomies, and peripheral aneurysms. Dr. Khan’s commitment to advancing medical knowledge is evident through his research endeavors, holding a certificate in health research and contributing significantly to impactful journals. He has presented his findings at both national and international conferences. As a dedicated educator, Dr. Khan imparts his knowledge to both post and undergraduate students, holding a certificate in Medical Education. Dr. Khan is also a supervisor with the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.
