How to use Aciloc capsule 20mg?

• Take one Aciloc 20mg capsule once daily, preferably 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water, do not crush or open it.
• Complete the full course prescribed by the doctor, even if symptoms improve early.
• Take it at the same time each day for steady acid control.
• Resume the next scheduled dose if a dose is missed, do not double it.

Drug Interactions

• Clopidogrel: Omeprazole can reduce the blood thinning effect of Clopidogrel by lowering its activation in the liver.
• Warfarin: Omeprazole may increase Warfarin levels and raise bleeding risk, so INR should be monitored.
• Methotrexate: High dose Methotrexate combined with Omeprazole can raise Methotrexate blood levels.
• Iron Supplements: Reduced stomach acid from Omeprazole can lower iron absorption.
• Digoxin: Omeprazole may increase Digoxin absorption and blood levels.
