How to use Alerfree Tablet 10mg?
- Take one tablet by mouth once daily, with or without food
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Take it around the same time each day for consistent relief
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours unless a doctor advises otherwise
- Children under six years should use it only under medical supervision
Drug Interactions
- Ketoconazole: This antifungal can raise loratadine levels in the blood, so monitoring is advised.
- Erythromycin: This antibiotic may increase loratadine concentration when taken together.
- Alcohol: Combining alcohol with loratadine can add to drowsiness in sensitive individuals.
- CNS Depressants: Sedatives or sleep medicines may increase overall drowsiness when combined with loratadine.
