Arinac forte tablet is a combination of two active ingredients, Ibuprofen, and Pseudoephedrine. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant medicine that works by narrowing the blood vessels to relieve nasal and sinus congestion caused by cold, hay fever, or allergies.
