How to use Atcoflox tablet 250mg?

• Take Atcoflox tablet by mouth, with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
• Take at the same time each day for the number of days your doctor advises.
• Drink plenty of water while on this medicine.
• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early.

Drug Interactions

Tell your doctor about all medicines you take before starting Atcoflox tablet.

• Antacids and mineral supplements: Reduce absorption, take Atcoflox at least two hours apart.
• Warfarin: Can increase bleeding risk.
• Corticosteroids: Raises the risk of tendon rupture.
• Medicines affecting heart rhythm: Increases the risk of an abnormal heartbeat.

Risks and warnings

• Tendon problems: Can rarely cause tendon swelling or rupture, especially in older adults.
