How to use Axicon Capsule 150mg?
- Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water
- Can be taken with or without food
- Complete the full course as prescribed
Contraindications
- Not suitable for patients with a known allergy to fluconazole
- Should not be taken by those on terfenadine or cisapride
- Contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease
- Those with a history of irregular heart rhythm should avoid this capsule
Drug Interactions
- Warfarin: combining raises the risk of bleeding
- Rifampin: may reduce how well this capsule works
- Sulfonylurea diabetes medicines: raise the risk of low blood sugar
