How to use Bonafide Tablet 70mg?

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water first thing in the morning, before any food, drink, or other medicine.
• Stay upright, either sitting or standing, for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
• Do not lie down until after your first food of the day.
• Avoid taking it at bedtime or before getting out of bed.

Drug Interactions

• Calcium supplements: reduce absorption of alendronate if taken at the same time, so space them apart by at least 30 minutes.
• Antacids: can significantly lower alendronate absorption and should not be taken together.
• Nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen: may increase the risk of stomach irritation when combined.
• Iron supplements: can reduce alendronate absorption if taken too close together.
