How to use Brodin Tablet 500mg?

• Avoid antacids, iron, or calcium supplements within 2 hours of a dose.
• Complete the full course even after symptoms improve.
• Drink plenty of water throughout the treatment.

Drug Interactions

• Antacids and Mineral Supplements: Calcium, magnesium, and iron reduce Levofloxacin absorption when taken together.
• Warfarin: Levofloxacin can increase the blood thinning effect, raising bleeding risk.
• Corticosteroids: Combined use raises the risk of tendon rupture.
• NSAIDs: Taking these together can increase the risk of seizures.

• Tendon Rupture: Levofloxacin carries a risk of tendon inflammation and rupture, especially in the Achilles tendon.
