• Tilt the head sideways and place 4 drops into the affected ear canal
• Gently pull the earlobe to help the drops travel down the canal
• Stay tilted for about 60 seconds so the medicine settles in the ear
• Repeat twice daily, roughly 12 hours apart, for the full prescribed course
