Dextop is a medication used for the treatment of heartburn caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and erosive esophagitis. It contains the active ingredient Dexlansoprazole which is a proton pump inhibitor. It works by decreasing the amount of acid produced by the stomach and reducing acid reflux into the esophagus.
