How to use Dypin Tablet 10mg?
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Take about 15 to 30 minutes before meals
- Do not crush or chew the tablet
- Take at evenly spaced times through the day
Contraindications
- This medicine must not be used by patients with known allergy to domperidone
- Not suitable for patients with a bowel obstruction or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Avoid in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment
- Should not be taken by patients with a known heart rhythm disorder without medical advice
Drug Interactions
- Medicines that affect heart rhythm: combined use can increase the risk of an irregular heartbeat
- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitor medicines: can raise domperidone levels in the blood and increase side effect risk
