How to use Exofen tablet 120mg?

• Do not take it with fruit juice such as orange, apple or grapefruit.
• Leave a 2 hour gap from antacids containing aluminum or magnesium.
• Adults and children 12 years and above only, unless the doctor advises otherwise.

Drug Interactions

• Aluminum or magnesium antacids: They reduce fexofenadine absorption. Take them at least 2 hours apart.
• Fruit juices: Grapefruit, orange and apple juice can lower how much medicine the body absorbs.
• Erythromycin and ketoconazole: They can raise fexofenadine blood levels, although serious effects are uncommon.

• Kidney disease: People with reduced kidney function may need a lower dose. Ask your doctor before use.
