How to use Fenoxy Tablet 120mg?
- One tablet daily, at roughly the same time each day
- Plain water with each dose, not fruit juice
- An empty stomach or a light meal both suit this tablet
- Missed doses taken as soon as remembered, without doubling up
- Medical review needed if symptoms last beyond 2 weeks
Drug Interactions
- Antacids: Aluminum or magnesium based antacids can lower Fenoxy absorption.
- Erythromycin: This antibiotic can raise Fexofenadine levels in the blood.
- Ketoconazole: Combined use can increase Fexofenadine blood concentration.
- Fruit juices: Apple, orange and grapefruit juice reduce drug absorption significantly.
