How to use Gabro tablet 400mg?

• Take Gabro Tablet exactly as prescribed, usually in evenly spaced doses through the day.
• Swallow Gabro Tablet with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew it unless your doctor says so.
• When used for seizures, keep the gap between doses no longer than 12 hours.
• Do not stop suddenly. Your doctor will lower the dose gradually.

Drug Interactions

• Antacids with aluminum or magnesium: They can reduce gabapentin absorption, so take gabapentin at least two hours after the antacid.
• Opioid painkillers: Together they raise the risk of extreme sleepiness and slowed breathing.
• Alcohol and sedatives: Alcohol, benzodiazepines and sleeping pills increase drowsiness and dizziness.
