How to use Gastrocure tablet 10mg?

• Take Gastrocure Tablet exactly as your doctor prescribes, usually 15 to 30 minutes before meals.
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.

Drug Interactions

• Ketoconazole and other azole antifungals: These raise domperidone levels and the risk of heart rhythm problems.
• Erythromycin and clarithromycin: These antibiotics increase domperidone levels and heart risk.
• Antacids and acid reducers: They lower domperidone absorption, so take domperidone before meals and antacids after.
• Anticholinergic medicines: These can reduce the stomach emptying effect of domperidone.
