Gynorit Tablet Uses

Gynorit tablet is a combined oral contraceptive (COC) used to prevent pregnancy. It is also used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to manage menopausal symptoms and is indicated to treat irregular periods and to manage the symptoms of menstrual bleeding, endometriosis, and acne.

Gynorit contains two active ingredients; ethinyloestradiol, an estrogen medication, and norethisterone, a progestin medication. These two synthetic contraceptive hormones work by preventing ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, blocking the sperm from reaching the egg, and thinning the uterine lining (endometrium), decreasing the chances of implantation of a fertilized egg.

2. Smoking
