Hepa-Merz syrup is used for the treatment of liver disorders including hepatitis, jaundice, fatty liver, etc. It contains the active ingredients L-Ornithine and L-Aspartate which are two endogenous amino acids. Hepa-Merz detoxifies the liver and decreases the increased levels of ammonia in the blood (hyperammonemia) by eliminating it from the body via kidneys.
