How to use Ibandro Tablet 150mg?

• Take one Ibandro tablet once a month, on the same date each month.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water, first thing in the morning.
• Take it at least 60 minutes before eating, drinking anything other than plain water, or taking any other medicine.
• Sit upright or stand for at least 60 minutes after taking the tablet. Do not lie down during this time.
• Do not chew, crush, or suck the tablet.
• Take calcium and vitamin D supplements only if your doctor advises this, and not at the same time as Ibandro.
• If a dose is missed, it can be taken the next morning after remembering, unless the next scheduled dose is within 7 days.

• Calcium Supplements: Calcium can block how much Ibandro the body absorbs if taken together. These should be spaced apart by at least an hour.
