About Kapri Tablet 200mg / 300mg / 30mg

Kapri Tablet contains Paracetamol, Aspirin and Caffeine, an analgesic combination used for pain and fever relief.

Kapri Tablet Uses

  • Relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache and muscular pain
  • Reduction of fever in adults
  • Relief of body aches associated with cold and flu
  • Relief of menstrual cramps

Kapri Tablet Benefits

  • Fast acting combination of Paracetamol, Aspirin and Caffeine for quicker pain relief than Paracetamol alone
  • Caffeine enhances the pain relieving effect of Paracetamol and Aspirin
  • Aspirin adds anti-inflammatory action for muscular and joint pain
  • Convenient triple action formula for everyday aches

What Experts Say

Paracetamol reduces pain signals and lowers fever by acting on temperature control centers in the brain, while Aspirin blocks prostaglandins at the site of injury to ease pain and swelling. Caffeine has no painkilling effect on its own but improves how well the body absorbs both drugs, so the combination often relieves headaches and body aches faster than Paracetamol alone.

Doctors across Pakistan usually advise this combination only for short courses of three to five days, since regular Aspirin use carries a real risk of stomach irritation. The four tablet daily limit keeps total Paracetamol exposure within a safe range for the liver, which matters most for patients who also drink alcohol or take other Paracetamol containing products.

Physicians check a patient's history of ulcers, asthma and bleeding disorders before recommending this combination, since Aspirin is not suitable for everyone. Self-medicated pain relief is common across Pakistan, so pharmacists are encouraged to counsel on safe duration and to watch for warning signs of stomach bleeding such as black stools.

Drug Class

  • Combination analgesic and antipyretic
