How to use Mecroz Gel?

• Apply with a clean finger to the affected area
• Allow the gel to stay in contact with the area as long as possible
• Avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after application
• This gel is for oral use only and must not be swallowed in large amounts

Contraindications

• Patients with a need for warfarin or other anticoagulant therapy should use this gel only under medical advice
• Known allergy to miconazole or other azole antifungals rules out its use
• Not suitable for swallowing in large amounts; for topical oral use only
• Not recommended for infants without a physician's advice

Drug Interactions

• Warfarin or other anticoagulants: this gel can seriously increase bleeding risk; avoid combined use without medical advice
• Sulfonylurea diabetes medicines: combined use can increase the risk of low blood sugar
• Phenytoin: this gel can raise phenytoin levels in the blood

Risks and warnings

• Anticoagulant use: tell your doctor if you are taking warfarin before using this gel
• Infants: use only under medical supervision due to choking and swallowing risk
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult a physician before use
