How to use Mevac AC Injection 50mcg / 50mcg?

• Given as a single 0.5 mL dose by injection, usually into the upper arm, by a trained healthcare professional
• Best given at least ten days before travel to an area with meningococcal risk so protection has time to develop
• A booster dose is generally recommended every three years if ongoing exposure risk continues
